Cay cay ngon ngon rất hợp với thời tiết lạnh đấy nhé!

Chuẩn bị những nguyên liệu sau:

- 200g gạo tẻ + 25g gạo nếp
- 30g gừng tươi
- 4 nhánh hành lá
- 4 chiếc đùi gà

Công thức này đủ cho khoảng 4 - 5 người ăn.

Đến phần hành động này:

Bước 1:

- Chúng mình cho đùi gà vào nồi luộc cho thịt mềm rồi vớt ra để ráo nước. Các bạn lưu ý nên bỏ vào nồi một ít muối để tăng thêm mùi vị cho thịt gà nhé!



Bước 2:

- Tiếp đến là vo gạo cho hết bụi bẩn nè. Cháo sẽ thơm và dẻo hơn khi nấu lẫn gạo tẻ cùng gạo nếp đấy!



Bước 3:

- Cho gạo vào nồi, đổ ngập nước rồi đun sôi.



Bước 4:

- Sau đó, các bạn đổ phần nước luộc gà vào nồi, đun ở lửa nhỏ trong khoảng 2 giờ cho đến khi gạo nhừ.



Bước 5:

- Thái nhỏ hành lá, lột sạch vỏ gừng rồi cũng băm nhỏ.



Bước 6:

- Vớt gà ra rồi để ráo nước, sau đó lọc bỏ xương và xé thành sợi nhỏ.
